Thus, Kazakhstan for Europe, Central Asia and Russia for OSCE could be a lottery winning ticket, a link between the East and the West. According to the data from Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan, there are 10 336 kilograms of fine gold were produced in 2009, which is 26% more than in 2008. Aside of language differentiation, Kazakhstani severe problem is civilizational split “city-villages”. It’s very hard to buy new book in rural areas. Regional centers have better assortment. There are book stores of large book retailers. Although the better place to buy books is remain Almaty and Astana, but even there publish industry has simply periphery character. There are no great bookish fairs in Kazakhstan similar to oil and gas exhibitions such as KIOGE. ... (Continue reading)

Despite the anonymity, the mass of oligarchs is hardly similar. There are also its elder and younger, from the most poor to the most rich inclusively. Some of oligarchs are allowed to parasite on state budget, the others are not.
